We love hearing from you and now have a PO box!

All mail will be opened and showed on Lorien’s Toy Box  (unless we find it to be inappropriate) so please check our channel to see if we got your mail. If you want to be sure we receive it please add a tracking number :) Also, please remember that it takes a few days for our mail to be forwarded from our PO box service, which will be after your tracking shows that your mail has been delivered. Make sure that it’s okay for us to show your mail on camera before sending. We will make sure we hide your name and address on the front so your personal information will stay private and safe!

We’re sorry that we cannot accept perishable/edible items for safety reasons. Also, certain items cannot be shipped internationally and could be the cause of your mail getting stuck in customs or even getting sent back so please make sure you check with your local post office for a list of unsafe items.

If you are under the age of 18, please make sure that you have an adult’s permissions to send us mail :)

Please do not feel like you have to send us anything! We love hearing from you online as well! You can message us on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram. We read all of your messages and try to reply to as many as we can! (Twitter is probably the quickest way to get in touch with us.)
